Atlantic Pool Service, Inc. has maintained a safety record second to none in the industry. We do this by providing our lifeguards and pool managers with all of the necessary training, equipment, support and supervision needed to operate a safe facility.

All employees will have the opportunity to teach group and private swim lessons at their facility. Employees retain 100% of the money earned for lessons taught. We do not take any portion of this money from you.

Our Expectations

Each employee is a representative of the company and each employee is expected to conduct himself in a manner that will create respect for both himself and for the company.

There are three (3) basic qualities Atlantic Pool Service, Inc. will be looking for from our employees. First and foremost is Safety Consciousness. At no time should you allow yourself to forget this is the most important aspect of your job. Cleanliness and Punctuality are the other two qualities that must be upheld throughout the summer. As a part of your responsibility in working for us, we expect you to report to your pool on time and to keep the pool and surrounding areas clean.

Atlantic Pool Service, Inc. requires all employees to be in uniform while on duty. Each employee must purchase an Atlantic Pool Service, Inc. uniform. We do not require you to purchase an entire clothing wardrobe. Our uniform consists of a bathing suit, t-shirt and whistle.
